This hotel is almost like a backpackers' hotel. While we were in Hong Kong for business, most of the hotel guests are sporting kids, athletes and their coaches. It's always noisy and full of people in the lobby.
Let me first discuss the okay points. Location is good, but I think most of Hong Kong's hotel are near the subway or easily accessible anyway. It also has a free shuttle to the Kowloon Terminal of the Airport Express train. That's another plus. Room size is okay by Hong Kong's cramped standards.
Then we go to the bad points. Check in was horrible. Staff are overwhelmed and are on the verge of being discourteous. When we arrived at 5pm, our room was not yet ready! Why do hotels penalize you if you do not check out on time, but gets away when they don't have our rooms ready? To compensate, they send a fruit plate to our room that night.
Overall, it's nothing more than an average, value-for-money hotel in Hong Kong.
