“GREAT PROPERTY”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 July 2012

The location of the hotel is amazing on canton road, tsim sha tsui. next to the ferry pier, harbour city & ocean mall. Good size rooms for HK standerds & with 2 kids. Though a bit expensive due to peak season. staff was also good & courteous. Recomended for famalies with small children.

Room Tip: choose a deluxe room which has 2 sizes.

I like this hotel, its very simpple and well located in the central district with fair prices. It's busy has an atmosphere about it but you need to book in advance to be sure of getting a room these days in a busy city like Hong Kong.

Room Tip: Prepay for your breakfast is good advise

This was the last stop of our China tour. Save the best til last? Maybe. Everything about this hotel was #1. The accommodations, food, service, staff & location were perfect. Right in the middle of the shopping district and across the street from the Star Ferry where you can view the evening laser show right from the pier. If you like to walk, you can walk along the harbor and to the Ladies Market in the other direction. Be sure to take a taxi to the Ozone Bar on the 118th floor of the ICC (International Commerce Center)/Ritz-Carlton. Best time is late afternoon into early evening to view the harbor at sunset and to see the lights go on in the buildings before it gets dark. This is a "must do" in Hong Kong! Breakfast was included and had a large variety of delicious food to please everyone.

Hotel is in a great location, the street has many designer shops and the staff are very friendly.
Breakfast menu is very varied and cater for all tastes. We also ate at the buffet for dinner and we had a fantastic meal, so many seafood options and desert to die for. Would highly recommend.

We had a harbour view room and had a glorious view from panoramic window, we had a lovely view of the light show at 8pm.

The room was a very good size, had a dressing area, bathroom with vanity outside, bath and large wardrobe.
There was also a desk area and 2 other comfy seats.

Bed was very large, but very very hard and was exactly like sleeping on the floor, the worst sleep I have ever had at a hotel.

I would stay here again without a doubt but would request a mattress topper next time.

Room Tip: Harbour view room 691 very good view
