On every the first night, we can’t sleep well due to bad smell and noise from the pipe. But second day we asked for another room and tie front desk staff Kelive Chan handled it professionally and friendly. He even remembered my name. He should be awarded and set as a role model. I sleep at your hotel each month for the past 1-2 years. Only he could called me by my family name and welcome me back with a smile. So I just gave a “Smile” on the Ipad in the lobby to him. I really think he is part of the reason I choose your hotel too. Even now your hotel have changed the ownership from Butterfly. Just a suggestion for the management, if you want your guest and staff be more comfortable, please add a roll on the stair in the lobby so people don’t need to carry their heavy suitcases after a long flight or after a day working. Once again, hope good staff deserves a good praise by his top management.
