I visited the Icon during HK 7's. Checked in for 2 nights. Just the best "home base" I ever had.

Pool and Spa area are amazing. An massage I booked aswell. It was just perfect and absolutely relaxing.

Breakfast was outstanding and the room service as fast as its possible!

Place to be in hongkong. And for sure I'll check in there again, if I travelle to HK next time.

This is a beautiful, contemporary hotel. Under a year old and everything is perfect. Great service - plenty of staff to help with whatever need you have. The rooms are very nice - the bathrooms are great. Used the gym, which is one of the nicest I've ever seen. Ate at all three restaurants. Only complaint - had dinner one night at Above and Beyond and thought it was mediocre. Wished we had eaten that dinner at The Market, which looked fabulous! Would absolutely stay here again.

Firstly, many thanks to my fellow reviewers in tripadvisor, based on your reviews I chose ICON.

I arrived early, staying during the peak season last week for the Rugby 7s and was quickly moved through to a personal check in, upgraded to a lovely room, with a stunning view across to Hong Kong island....

The design, service and room amenities were excellent.... the management and staff are really focusing on the small things, which for regular travellers make the real difference.

We only ate in top floor restaurant both myself and my chinese friend were very impressed by the food and an excellent wine list.....the breakfast served in the morning was also far more comprehensive than I expected.

In terms of the gym, very clean, very modern, excellent machines and plenty of cardio equipment...high ceiling and all looking out on to the swimming pool, sun-deck and views across to Hong Kong island...

The location is a short taxi ride through the tunnel to Hong Kong island, or catch the Star ferry across the water... couldn't be easier :-)

So overall, I simply can't fault it...an excellent hotel, good location, excellent facilities and very nice professional staff....

Room Tip: The king suite was beautiful and well worth the money....

I stayed at the Icon Hotel on a few occasions already. I love the hotel. The facilities are outstanding. Amazing rooms, amenities, gym, pool and restaurants. I stay at the club floor so you can go for a quick drink after work and they have a great breakfast. The view of Hong Kong island is to die for.

The location is convenient if you do business on Kowloon-side. Close to the MTR if you can walk a bit - or you can take their free shuttle.

What is nevertheless the highlight of any visit is the amazing service. The staff is all young, enthusiastic, helpful and truly sincere in trying to make each stay special. I mainly travel on business, but last time I took time to try the Spa. Amazing, it's run by the same people who do Banyan Tree. You will appreciate it. Promise.

This was my second stay at the Hotel Icon, and although both visits were not without their issues, I look forward to staying there again. The food is first class, and the views from the top floor towards the island, are stunning both day and night. The technology works, and the rooms are very comfortable. A special thanks to Nick, the 'Above & Beyond' Manager as when issues arise, he is on had to help at all times.
