Went here as this was highly suggested. I love noodles, but these ones are just Ok.
Servings are quite small (you will surely say they are small). Smallest noodle bowls I've been served.

Place was pack but move fast. Signature Wonton Noodles is a must. Cramp, hot, hole in the wall but good.
This place is cash only but very reasonably price.

We had wonton noodle soup and wonton noodle soup with beef brisket. The noodles and wontons were very good, the broth was rather dull. Good for a quick snack if you are close by.

Son had a fever so had to take out some food. Really good firm noodles and yummy sauce. Prawns were cooked well.

Cantonese wonton is one of my favorite foods in life. With all the dining choices in Hong Kong, I still make it a point of visiting a Mak's during every visit. Not hard to do now as they have them all over the place. I've tried a lot of wonton at different places, and I still feel that Mak's is still the all round winner. Wontons are always small enough that they're only one bite. Noodles are al dente perfect always. I used to complain that the bowls were too small, but then realized that if the serving size were bigger, the noodles would have become soggy as the meal progressed. Everything is made to order, and the place(s) are usually small enough that you can see the kitchen (which is always in the front).

They serve more than just wonton noodles, but I believe thats their claim to fame. I recall English menu available. Unlike other dining establishments in Hong Kong, they do not automatically add in a 10% service charge. Even more amazing is that I rarely see anyone tip also. (but that didn't seem to upset any of the staff).
