Some old lady outside the restaurant told us it was the best noodles in the area, so of course we went to try (we anyway had no other place in mind). The people were nice and spoke enough English. The noodle soups were pretty good, totally recommendable for people that like noodle soups, and doesn't mind that the place has more locals than tourists.
I can't remember if the menu was in English (it probably was) but else it was pretty standard to just tell them what kinda meat you wanted in the soup.
