We had six dim sum, double boiled soup, and 3 dessert. The nice thing is there can cater the number of piece according to head count. The dim sum is super tasty and refined. Service is friendly, professional and the sommelier is charming with high EQ. Oh of course the view over the Victoria Harbour is priceless. Dim sum lunch is highly recommended. Per head is about HK$750, worth every cent, must try.

It was our first visit to the restaurant and we definitely will be back again.
The ambience is fantastic: the views are excellent and the choices are sumptuous. Given it was our first time, we spent time with our server (Aida - who was well versed with the menu and showed great patience in understanding what we wanted) before deciding to stick to the Chef Selection. Highly recommended but give yourself ~2 hours for the entire dinner to complete as there is no point rushing it !
We chose our own wine though and would suggest a strong white as it goes very well with the meal. They had an in-house champagne which is probably one of the best we’ve had in a long while.
The entire experience - from the presentation to the time given to enjoy the meal and finally the taste (of course - was just exquisite.
Hats off to the chef who has stuck to his guns, experimented with different tastes but not gone commercial: it’s definitely worth the 3 Stars !
Finally - big thanks to the manager (Kenneth Mak) for pulling all plugs to ensure we had a great time. We will definitely be back and soon.

Thanks, Amanita & Anshul.

Wow! We’ve eaten at other Michelin restaurants but this one takes the cake. Granted, I enjoy asian food much more than American food so take this with a grain of salt. If you can, ask for seating near the window so you can watch the Hong Kong night sky, including the entertaining ICC Tower, light up while you enjoy your multi course dinner. The food and wine were impeccable, and the best wine pairing I’ve ever had with asian food. The flavors of every dish was exquisite and excellently fine, it just tasted clean and refined. This is truly Chinese food at it’s best. Lastly, the service and staff were amazingly accommodating and even printed us a souvenir menu with my name on it. Highly recommend!

We re given an impeccable harbour view table which immediately scored high marks for my 85-yr old father! Amazing food & excellent service. I was most impressed by soup dumpling individually held in a little basket. We all loved the various homemade sauces! Grateful to the free goodies of birthday bun and sweets at the end. All well worth a special occasion!

3 Star Chinese Restaurant - thats what it is. The counterpart to a chinese takeout. Actually the first ever ti receive 3 michelin stars. I went for the classic menu. Abalone. Seacucumber. Fish stomach. And a tea pairing. Fascinating food. And definitely a place to check out when in Hongkong when you are interested in diverse high level food.
