Had a very brief one night stopover in Beijing and decided to eat in at the hotel. I was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and attentive and I was promptly seated and provided with water, fresh bread and a menu. I started with salt & pepper calamari which was well cooked & very tasty. For main, I had a steak in pepper sauce and a glass of Australian Shiraz. The steak was tender & juicy and the side serve of greens were the perfect accompaniment. A very enjoyable meal.
Whilst I ate a la carte, I understand they also serve a wonderful buffet.

hello everyone.today i want to give you simple introduce about this hotel service and others. i should thanks Ms xia.every times she always arrange the room in advance,no need to wait my room ready again upon i arrival hotel.every girls at club lounge are very nice.take care my breakfast everyday. its excellent club lounge team.i will recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

BLD is a great place to eat, located in the Renaissance Hotel. Even if your not staying in the hotel it's worth a trip. Start with the Staff they are awesome, very friendly and the best service. Then the food it's amazing, a great selection and very fresh. They really have some great Chef's. I would really like to personally thank Alexander Schijf, Ryan Huang and Leo for always making me feel at home and ensuring I have the best dinning experience. Dale

Highly recommend this place, breakfast experience at BLD, a five star hotel, five stars BLD that offered a choice of both western and Chinese cuisine.
