I booked with the hotel directly (we just needed a couple of nights at the end of our holiday). It took at least 2 days to respond to any email. They forgot to collect us at the airport and my booking had not been relayed to the reception staff. Hence, the Executive Suite we had booked with an extra bed was not organised, so we were 'upgraded' to the 2-bed cottage. Positives - the beds were large and comfy, the shower was powerful and hot (especially in the 2nd bedroom ensuite). The included breakfast was plentiful. There's lots of dodgy bits, though. Shower taps were hanging loose from the wall, the bathroom door handles were not fixed on properly, some of the windows didn't close properly, there were huge cracks in the floor. Staff were friendly. Our room wasn't cleaned (the cleaner told me the next day it was because she didn't have a key). We won't be staying again.
