Great service

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. Barabus, the porter, made me feel welcome and gave a nice tour. I was particularly impressed by Mr. Papius in the business center who went above and beyond to help me accomplish my errand.

Oasis of comfort

I visited Hennessey hotel on good Friday with my hubby, The hotel is strategically located within nairobi with easy and quick access to the city. From the gate the security staff where at per, we got a room in the second floor and wow it was specious with exquisite facilities although I could request executive housekeeper to be a little keen on developing stain In the washroom.In the morning the buffer was quite delicious with authentic Africa food, i noticed The staff are qualified offerings exceptional services during breakfast we where served by waitress by the name Polly she was very helpful.... to the management team kudos for your top notch.

Noisy and not very clean

It is a very old and noisy hotel, I booked a single room, the room was located next to the elevator, the sound of elevator moving was terrible and I couldn't sleep because of that, although reservation changed my room in midnight after I complained, the bathroom was not clean and the shower didn't work well.

Enjoyed our stay here

We stayed 2 nights here as it was part of a tour we booked, I recommend this hotel. The staff were fantastic, the food was great and the upstairs bar was modern, spacious with a variety of food and drinks. Our room was fairly basic and small which is why it get's a 3 star but still provided a flat screen TV and basic needs so couldn't complain. Definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is ok, guarded and secure. Staff are friendly. Room is clean, no air con. There is safe, small wardrobe, tv on wall. No fridge. Bathroom is small, shower and toilet connected. Towels, simple toiletries are provided. Breakfast is ok, sausages, eggs, bread, cereal, coffee/tea, juice. Egg station is available where you can order scrambled egg/omelette. Location wise we didn't walk around as they don't advice. We have a driver who drove us out when needed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback during your stay. We appreciate your kind words regarding our friendly staff, our wide variety in our buffet offering and the amenities in our rooms. I however regret the fact that you were not able to walk around. We encourage all our guests to not hesitate in wanting to know any of our services or those offered in our neighborhood. This is however an incredible insight and for that, we are grateful for letting us know that we need to up our game in advising our guests about nearby attractions and the likes.
