We stayed for 1 night before our flight. We checked in, placed our bags and left the hotel for few hours.. returned back to our room to find that someone from housekeeping has “cleaned the room” that was already clean and changed places several of our belongings.
The next day when we checked out, the receptionist insisted that we need to pay for the parking. Stating that all Hotels in Egypt have the same policy. Which of course, is completely incorrect.
No one mentioned this piece of information while checking in and they were very rude when declaring that we must pay a parking ticket when checking out.
You won’t receive the appropriate service for the price you’ll pay.
We won’t be going back there again, that’s for sure!

Our housekeeping services are offered to all occupied rooms, unless there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign hung on the door, or if the guest asks otherwise. As for the parking fee, all guests receive a receipt from the parking cashier stating the respective amount that would be paid on an hourly basis or an overnight stay.
We hope that we have cleared any misunderstanding, and wish to see you again.

I had spent in the hotel 3 days before last year and my stay was nice that is why I decided to visit again and stay at same place. The hotel had renovated the rooms and I see it now with more quality I loved the bed became rich with a fluffy duvet and also the new colors of the room made it so nice. All hotel got different this time they also changed the place of the lobby bar and reception that was for me gave bigger view and comfortable sitting area. Service also nice.

I had a wonderful experience at the dusit thani
lakeview cairo. This hotel is the perfect gateway at
the heart of cairo. Dusit thani is now on the top of
my list of best stays/experiences
Also a special shout out to the staff of the " straight
restaurant" - the international restaurant as the
staff was very hospitable and they were there for
every need of mine . Mr saleh and his staff specially
abdelrahman were extremely efficient, pleasant and
helpful.
The hotel followed the covid precautions efficiently,
social distancing and cleanliness were very
satisfactory.
The rooms are wonderful, clean, and every single
detail was very well taken care of.
The general ambience of the hotel was very
soothing, decorations are superb! Beautiful place to
take beautiful pictures and make beautiful memories

We stayed 3 days with honeymooners package, place is very neat and clean, hotel staff is amazing, very friendly specially (KARIMA) who offered amazing breakfast at room daily.
