The wifi was really awful (spotty and non existent some evenings) but almost everything else was nice. We came From Tokyo and I like the new Sanno so much more- so my review is slightly biased. The discover Seoul Tours near the lobby are the most expensive in the city- do book elsewhere if you can! The kids playground is great- but the pool isn't child friendly at all. Rooms were very clean and nice- but beds are old! The deli on the bottom Floor is amazing for sandwiches and breakfast on the go!

As USFK transitions south, DHL will have to change. They already have one great program that offers 20 nights for $999. More has to be done with the access requirements for visitors, that are accompanying persons that have access.

The Business Center needs to have rental cell phones. This will help visitors for extended visits. Relax ration control requirements for guests that are registered at the DHL. SunDaes may want to have some type of Ice or sluchies for the younger/high school kids.

The deli is great, but may want to have more offerings (to increase revenue), craft beer, cigarettes, 6 packs to go, etc. The ladies that work there are great!

I did enjoy the "October Fest" this year.

Having more rooms with king beds is great. The room upgrades of last year is long overdue, but appreciated.

I really want to thank all employees of DHL. You are the best. Now that I am retired, we plan to visit Korea yearly and look forward to our extended visit at the Dragon Hill Lodge.

Thanks!!!

DDS

Mostly for military and government employees. Average hotel with restaurants shopping and bar. Over rated unless one needs to be accessible to the post. Also on location is casino and bank! The staff are pleasant and courteous.

Five star hotel located in the heart of Seoul, South Korea! Located in a military base, Dragon Hill Lodge just newly renovated has several restaurants and health club. It also can accommodate meetings and weddings! Includes an oasis, deli, sundaes, Pizza Hut and Subways. The staff was very friendly and service was prompt. Highly recommend restaurant with taxi service provided.

The hotel is very comfortable with all the amenities. Although there are many more beautiful hotels in Seoul for the same price; the location is convenient for business. I just wanted to comment on the Discover Seoul desk. It should be called Discover Seoul desk but only if you are married or have a family. They tell you there has to be at least 2 or 3 people in your party before they will help you. There are no options to pay extra or assistance provided to give you directions or information on other options. So if you are here on business by yourself and have a day to see the sights research your options ahead of time because you are on your own. Don't expect that a desk called Discover Seoul to help you do that.
