Clean rooms in great location. The heating can be very strong. We borrowed a fan from front desk and turn off the heating. It works ok. Close to airport bus stop. Money exchange shops around have the best rates in the district.

We booked family room for 4 of us. Kids age 11 and 7. Reasonable average room with required amenities.
Location is very good near airport limousines, shopping and eateries districts and Sunway.
Hotel also provides shuttles to Seoul Station,
Dongdamun.
One thing though which we didnt bother to check whether it's their practices was bed was not made properly every day, but toilet was clean properly.
Overall we are happy to return back for the hotel.

It is in close proximity to subway, food, cosmetic, gifts etc. It has basic room amenities (shampoo, body cleanser, conditioner, lotion, bottles of water), high speed free internet, free parking, free shuttle bus to Dongdaemon & Seoul Stations. At the common lobby, there is also free manicure samples & desktop for internet surfing. Their response to request quite quickly. Book taxi & room services. Overall of my 6 days stay was good .

Good location. Right in the centre of all shopping, restaurant area and close to metro subway, and free hotel shuttle service to Dongdaemun area. The English standard of the staff was ordinary only, probably just passed for very simple conversation. The temperature control of the hotel room has it's own mind, and didn't seem to work.
An incident of toilet blockage happened during our stay, and the manner of the attending hotel staff was a bit abrupt. The quality of the plumber who attended to the job was not comprehensive enough. They don't even cleaned up or provided a mop to clean the flooded floor of the bathroom. The cleaning lady in the hotel lobby seems to be too concentrated on her job, and continued mopping around customers feet. We have to lift our legs up for her to continue mopping, while sitting in the hotel lobby checking in and out.

Overall is ok, most the things is nice and location is good. But the heater / room temperature controller doesn seems working. Getting very cold in the midnight even-tho we set to the maximum temperature.

However, we apologize for the inconvenience regarding controlling the room temperature. Our hotel is run by central cooling and heating system; there is only heating running in this cold winter season and you may only turn on and off the heating in your room. If the room is still cold, we can provide the guests some portable heater or more quilt upon the guests' request. But we are sorry that we were not attentive enough to your inconvenience. We will promise you to focus on your needs if you ever come back to us again.
