I didn't stay at the Resort and Spa, but I did spend the day there for 1500vatu. A free ferry will take the visitor over to the island from the sea wall in Port Vila. For the fee, I snorkeled, kayaked around the island, enjoyed walking around the resort, sitting by the swimming pool, and lunch by the pool. The day was wonderful.

If you're in Port Villa, I would highly recommend visiting this place to have lunch! cost 1500 Vatu and you can redeem 1000 vatu at the restaurant or bar! The view is amazing from the main pool! Although food quality can be improved. Staffs were very friendly too!

Very glad we stayed at Iririki, we stayed in a premium ocean view room, which was very large, clean & everything you could need. Thoroughly enjoyed the polynesian, melanesian & beach dinner/fire show which was superb. Thanks to Darla for doing such a great job organising our tours, & her reassurance when she heard I wasn't looking forward to the flight to Tanna in a small plane also the unforgettable Freddie for his entertaining commentary on the tours, Jenny & all the other wonderful staff that greeted us every day with a smile, so different from home. If you want a quiet room book rooms on the ocean side. We didn't have a problem with the food the slow cooked lamb shank was delicious, as was the chicken, fish & the only type of pizza I would eat, thin crust. Not to mention the cocktails, island affaire my particular favourite. Only downside, is the main jetty where you get the boat across, next to the markets is not the most pleasant experience, & when it rains having your suitcase wheeled through water & mud, although not a lot, is not a great end to a holiday. I'm very careful not to take any dirt etc back home to Australia & this makes it hard. Thanks for a great holiday.

We stayed on Iririki for 4 nights. Half of the rooms face the city of Port Vila with an ugly and loud outlook. We asked to be moved and to their credit they begrudgingly moved us to a quieter hut, in which the wifi did not work. The power went down (which cant be helped) but the backup generator was in disrepair. Which left us with cold showers and a manager feeding us stories all day. Breakfast is great. The rest of the food is for the tourist palette - frozen, fried, and overpriced. Youre better off to trip to the mainland for meals. Drinks are weak but expensive, byo! Staff wise - the tour team Nathalie and Timoty are very helpful and lovely. The rest of the staff lacked language skills and follow thru.
Hideaway Island resort is less 'fancy' but better outlook, snorkling, food, and staff.

Dear Olivia B,
thank you for your review,
Yes, we did have a power failure with our solar plant and the reason was not only our backup genset failed our secondary genset failed as well, in the 18 months we have been on solar power generation to have only one mishap I am pleased to have decided to go green as we wish to keep Vanuatu the paradise it is now and into the future.
Thank you again for your review,
Warm regards
Peter

Whilst in Port Vila we did a day trip to this lovely place. The staff are friendly and I would put this island on the must see list. The view from the top is breathtaking. We were told that the queen stayed here in the 1970's. The pizza was one of the best I have eaten anywhere. The local Tusker beer was enjoyable. The snorkeling was easy with the coral just off the beach.

Dear Justin B,
Thank you for taking the time to review Iririki,

You are correct in saying Queen Elizabeth visited us, we have also introduced wood fired pizza and is a very popular choice amongst
our guests.
Thanks again for your review
