The food here is okay, I think. Ate here a few years ago. I know they have a bakery section that's worth checking out though.

I think this establishment should be renamed to Bakery Hut.
Their pastries and Bakewell bread (tennis rolls) are excellent.
The customer service needs a little improvement.
Most of the stuff is never fresh. I have bought a few thing and find them to loose there taste . The most I buy is roti cheesecake bread .
i remember the first time I visited roti hut (they had recently opened) and it was great. the food was soooooo good, especially the roti/puri and curry. however, several years since (I've visited each time I'm in Guyana) I must say that though they are bigger, service is nothing like before. they have a bakery (bakewell) and ice cream attached to the restaurant which is nice. restaurant has indoor seating, food is a bit on the expensive end (by Guyanese standards), and service is ok (sometimes bad). Food is Guyanese, mostly indo-Guyanese and still tastes good (though not as great as before). roti/puri is pretty big (like in Trinidad) which is uncommon in Guyana. they a nice variety of tasty guyanese pastries (sweet baked stuff like pies and tarts).
The cakes are the best in town, the curries are great the juices are fresh but the staff are the rudest people ive ever met working in a restaurant in Guyana. Ive been in many times over several years and they are always so rude.
