second time of staying here. both times on Floor 10 with access to the lounge.
Breakfast is good but rather limited on hot food better choice on level 2 in the restaurant.
The problem comes throughout the day, after breakfast is finished it seems to be left alone until evening time. A flask of coffee (catch it right and it might be hot), selection of teas, a water dispenser and a small fridge to hold bottles still and sparkling water and other carbonated drinks. this is often barron. Arrived back to the hotel today around 2pm and found 1 bottle of carbonated water.asked if they could restock and was offered a handfull of still water bottles.Tasty snacks are cupcakes and cerialbars. again get then whilst you can.

Room: don't accept 1005. first room next to the lounge. 2.30am and staff start visiting down the corridor with trollies and offload the wares for breakfast go from carpet to wood flooring right outside the door. Starts again at 4.15am. Plates, pots, cutlery, trollies, voices give you an unforgettable dawn chorus.

That said, the room was good. Quite a heavy duvet. Clean and spacious. Wifi was strong up on the top floor.
The restaurants are very good and a good variety on offer.
Can't finish without mentioning the staff. Helpful, attentative and always offering a walm welcome.

This time the room was much better than in my previous stay. I was assigned a Starwood preferred room, it is more quiet and allowed me to rest better. The staff was friendly and professional, they took care of a couple of small requests with no problems.

I was sent there by an airline after our flight was cancelled. Their very friendly staff made my frustration with the whole flight cancellation melt away. They were very nice. The food at the restaurant was good and the room neat and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was my pleasure to stay again at the Sheraton Bogota Hotel. This hotel certainly strives to maintain the highest quality and Sheraton image. The staff, hotel location, room and comfort of the bed are all amazing. I look forward to my next stay here.
