Everything good,but
Breakfast was better
The food area in breakfast must be close
Staff in lobby some one good some one not.good
But the staff on the gate specialy mr kasim very very good

First time to visit the property, i loved it alot , specially the friendly reception staff Ms. Fatima and Mr. Mohammed , and the manager at night . liked the location of the hotel , Room is big , and clean , restaurant is good , food is nice , bell men were very helpful , and specially kasem , close to shopping malls , and very quite place , it was a good stay will do it again .

The hotel is very good for business travellers. It is near to airport so you don't have to worry about last moment rush.
I was there for one night during my business trip to Koura / Beirut. On Arrival i noticed the front desk staff was very polite and humble. They helped on little more info on travel and navigation as well.
Breakfast was good but has a limited availability for vegetarians.
Lobby was clean and impressive.
Where room is matter, It was good enough for solo traveler. Bed was comfortable with semi soft and i was able to sleep well.
Hotel does has bar and some restaurant which was closed during my stay and i didnt bothered to check why.
Restaurant had again a limited choice for dinner and was about to close at 9:00PM, so a quick soul was the only option. But they did allow me to enjoy Sheesha for another an hours time.
Hotel charge very reasonable for transport, Compare to what we paid to reach hotel in a poor maintained car, Hotel offered well maintained car at lesser price.

It was really an excellent experience to stay in this hotel from April 1st to 6th, everything was excellent, extra friendly and professional staff, very delicious breakfast, special thanks for Miss Nevin in the front desk, Qasim and the chef.

10 Rooms in total from stay from 5 to 9 days staff excellent ,service excellent front desk bad overall ,arrogant very unreliable ,unfriendly I might add very bad for business overall when we are a large group visiting and waiting st the airport to be be picked up by there shuttle and no show after an hr wait ??
To add to all this nasty surprise the shuttle to takes us back to the airport now they want to charge us for there courtesy shuttle ???
It's not that charge but the reliability on them is bad news ,they have no idea the meaning of it .
My final word is my first and last stay at this hotel (JOINT).

Regarding your remarks, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we assure you that our hotel facilities and procedures have always been up to the 5-star standards that we promise our guests with.
Free shuttle bus services are offered twice daily to all Beirut well known areas, however pick-up or drop-off to the airport requires payment and served upon guest requests.
Furthermore, after conducting investigations on your concerns, kindly note that airport pick-up was not requested from your side and that we would be more than willing to provide our guests with our high-value services, especially since we gain profit from said services.
Our front office team offered your 18 pax group airport transportation for a special rate of $100 only.
