You can buy almost everything in the market, there is a big jewellery section also with every type of jewelleries. (cheap and expensive also)

The salesmen are not so pushy than in Egypt, Istambul or Marrakesh.

If you travel to Iran, perhaps it is because you like to know about history and culture. Then a bazaar in every city and town is the place to go and have a real life experience.
Tehran has several bazaars in different locations. Tajrish is the one located up north. It's very accessible by car, taxi or bus. It's not a huge bazaar comparing to Tehran's old downtown bazaar but it's very busy all the time.
Be prepared to see a big crowd there and lots of food and fabric and spices and ....
During Norouz (Persian New Year) Tajrish bazaar is one of the most popular places to visit and be and shop.
