Our new corporate headquarter is on Shk. Salman highway, not far from the airport, so this hotel apparently has the ideal location for us. Beware however, because there are two Boudl hotels on the highway and most taxis will take you to the "other" one first - it happened to four of us! Make sure you ask specifically for the Boudl al MOROUJ.

The hotel is classic Arabic. The reception do not speak English and our initial reservation, thorugh booking.com was not honoured when we arrived. Fortunately the hotel was empty, so it was not a problem to get the rooms we needed.

The rooms are nice, clean, tidy and well-lit. Mine had a small kitchenette and a sitting room fully equipped with tv (only CNN in English) and a king-sized bed in the spacious bedroom.

No breakfast buffet is available - if you want breakfast, you have to order it the night before for to room service. You'll find a cup of tea, arabic bread, foul and some omelettes delivered to your door in the morning.

checking out was also by adventure. As no-one speaks English and no-one appeared to know what the rate we had confirmed from booking.com, they had no idea what to charge, until we produced our reservation print-outs!

Of course the big benefit for us is the location and the price. We paid SAR 370 per night, mid-week, when the major western-style hotels are charging SAR 1,000 ++. For what we got, a bed for the night, a breakfast and a tv, this was more than sufficient.

Room Tip: Make sure the taxi driver takes you to the correct Boudl hotel. I suggest printing out the name in Arabic as well as a Google Map to ensure you get to the right place, the first time.

Every time I visit Riyadh I stay at this quiet and nicely located motel. Clean, friendly staff and very quiet rooms. From inside, it looks like a small compound with a pool on the center. Each room includes a practical small kitchenette. Highly recommended for business travelers.

I really recommend these furnished condos for any traveler. I stayed here for 5 nights. Loved every moment.
Parking space, concierge service, 24 hour housekeeping and coffee shop. friendly staff, and value for the money.
Breakfast needs some upgrading. Smoking makes the lobby stink.

Stayed for 5 nights at the location. Was extremely clean and location is superb as its very close to Olaiya and the malls.

Staff were friendly and very polite.

Would definitely stay there again and recommend for families and/or businesses.
