I stayed at this hotel 2 nights and received excellent service. The breakfast was great and included an omelet or pancake. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk employees were very helpful. The hotel was located very near the Roman theater and many good restaurants.

Unfortunately we arrived very late to this hotel after picking up the rental car from the airport and getting lost.
The hotel has no parking even close to it so we had to park 2 streets over to prevent getting a ticket.
The reception from the hotel was friendly and helpful, giving us the advice we need for the parking. The room however was a big let down, it had sleeping for 5 people in a random mix of beds, after we had booked a double room. The décor I can only assume to be old fashioned or very local, not sure which.
Anyway the hotel is located close to some tourist attractions and local markets which is good. It is also fairly close to the main road network for when you leave the city.

Have a drink and breakfast on the roof top in the morning, lovely place to view over the city in the morning.

The staff here is so wonderful, they're always genuinely friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. The location is superb, wifi is fast and reliable and the breakfast is tasty :) I recommend hanging out on the rooftop!

This hotel is located in a very busy and dirty street. There is no free parking or parking at all, u might get a fine or piece of your rental car taken away if you leave it in "front" of the "hotel". The sheets from our bed were used, staff is ok, nothing good or bad to comment about them. Breakfast poor and very lil, u have a right for eggs or one pancake and that's it. Anyways I guess that's what u get for the money u pay... ah the sink and shower are at same place, at the 1m2 bathroom.

Hello,

Thank you for writing a review about your stay at Arab Tower Hotel
We truly sorry for the bad experience that you had
For our location its in the middle of the downtown which is busy as any other downtown in the world
Regarding the parking all you need just ask the hotel staff about it and they would have helped you to park your car
Our breakfast is open buffet (all you can eat), and it has decent variety (Pancake, Omelet, Hummos, Feta Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Butter, Jelly, Olive, Salad, Pita bread, Toast, Juice, Tea, and Coffee)
The bathroom was small in your room, we could have changed your room if we were not fully booked

Hope to see you again
