this hotel had a change in the general attitude in the past year or so. became more vibrant, added breakfast, and there is a general better attitude. stuff are smiling, but one needs some patience to get things done. this is Jordan, after all....the location is good, very centered, and the noise is bearable, not too much. breakfast is repetitive, but decent to start a day. showers would need some patience till one get adjust to them, but finally it works....

Room Tip: i had a suite, so i enjoyed bigger space. which i used for my work.

The hotel is in a good central location but its not brilliant to be honest. Our room was a bit dirty and the bathroom particularly wasnt in great condition. We paid for a double room but got given a twin and told there was no alternatives. I asked for a spare pillow and was told there was no spare ones in the whole hotel.
The prayer calls are incredibly loud here and for some reason this was the only time they woke me up throughout my several night stays in Jordan.
If you just want something in an OK location and you can get a cheap rate then this one is fine but its no more than 2 star in my opinion.

Dear Sir/ Madame,

I am sorry that we couldn't provide an alternative room for you but that is the only room I had available at the moment. About the call for prayer well I can't stop for that even though I will to ensure your comfort, Although that is the way all over Jordan and the middle east.
I am shocked that you did not like the location of the hotel, although you picked by yourself.
Please explain to future guests what do you mean a bit dirty, Did you find a bit dirt somewhere.

Well anyways thanks for the review....

The hotel is well localized, very close of roman theater on downtown, the staff are friendly and helpful, the area (hotel and neighbours) is a little bit noisy at night and the internet signal isn't worked properly at bedroom, is better go to entrance hall.

Both my husband and i stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago. Its a great place to stay. We liked it because it was so central. The staff were very helpful. We hired a car and had such a great time we will be back. Jerash only 1 hour away. We liked it in downtown, the market was good and theres lots to do. Some nice places to eat Jeriba does very nice food . Only five mins walk from Hotel.

Great location in downtown Amman. The front desk staff are very friendly and always willing to lend a hand. The hotel is clean and the ammenities are what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. This hotel makes a great base for those on a budget.
