Among the bad reviews I had a nice stay. The rooms are super close to the beach and right around the corner from THE BEST HUMMUS restaurant in Tel-Aviv (not sure the name of it, but it had a blue tarp above it and the tables and chairs were all outside. I DEFINITELY recommend).

This hotel is not a 5 star, luxury place to stay but it does the trick. The room was small, yet quirky and clean. It had an entrance to a little patio area. The shower was in the same confined space as the toilet, so unfortunately if the toilet seat was left open it got all wet each time someone showered. The room had air conditioning, towels, cups, plates, a kettle and a mini fridge.

The only slightly annoying aspect was that the actual reception is located 3 blocks (5 minute walk) away from the rooms. You had to either physically go there or call/Whatsapp message an employee who would then promptly come to meet you at the rooms. I have an iPhone7 and I found the wifi only worked in the upper level of the room.

I was content with our stay especially since they serve free coffee at the reception.

Thank you for your nice comment :)
It is usually people that are not easy to satisfy, if I'd to say it nicely, that leaves comments and therefore some comments are unpleasent.
The Hummus place realy is the best in Tel Aviv and it called "Shlomo and Doron" on Yishkon street, and as for the WIFI we got it fixed :)
Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review and we hope you had a great vacation in lovely Tel Aviv

Super experience. Nice stuff. Best coffee in town. We had a great experience. Thank you very much for all. The best room in No.10 with view and best privacy. We will come back to Tel Aviv to start at Peer Guest House.

There is nothing redeeming about this place for the price that you pay EXCEPT for the location which is 2 minute walk from beach and from the Carmel Market and free wifi .

The room has no tv, there is no reception, is around the corner from the house and when i got there i needed to call them to come open for me ..

Room might as well not have curtains as the light just comes in..

Shower has maybe a foot and half betwen shower head and curtain so when you shower either your back or front is stuck to the shower curtain.

It was clean but i never saw anyone working there .

Tel Aviv is expensive but these guys are literally taking you for a ride ...my opinion rather pay up slightly and stay somewhere else ...

Sorry for the bad review but if the price was right i would have said perfect for a few nights in Tel Aviv as central but just felt like i got ripped off

Room 3 blocks from reception, not numbered. Dishes dirty, no shampoo, hair dryer, iron, TV, wifi, metal chairs, inadequate lighting, curtains not black out, broken toilet,
too much $, wait for hot H2O

Room Tip: Go to another hotel!

We arrived around 10pm and had let the owners know we would be checking in late. We found a locked door on a back street with no signage or contact details. Fortunately our very helpful taxi driver would not leave us and got through to a recetion at a sister hotel 2 streets away. The lady came. let us in. No lift. 2 flights of stairs to a room with a kettle, 2 cups that you would not drink from, a closet with a toilet and 'shower'. The photographs that are on the site have been taken from an unrealistic angle and the reality is far from those photographs shown. The site states it has a shuttle service to the airport. It doesnt and we had to pay £40 for a taxi to the airport. Thank goodness we only had to stay for one night. If it had been earlier in the evening i would have found an alternative hotel.
