The structure it is a bit old, but the room have been renovated. The hotel is conveniently located closed to the beach and the breakfast was very good.

We booked this hotel for 1 night on a stopover from Eilat. Firstly upon arrival the bell boy was helpful however it turns out he is bellboy/security and when there are 2 people who need help you are stuck especially when you have a ggroup leaving ( which was our bad luck). So we arrive at the front desk and when jaded the paper to sign the drive is 30 dollars more than qouted on the phone, it is now 12 am and we have a 7 month old baby, we have just come off a flight, I try arguing, he makes a phone call but to no avail I must pay the "new" price. Ok so I agree as I just want a bed right now. I am then told that I must pay in cash upfront forum night and this was my third hotel working 2 weeks and 4 th of the month I have never paid upfront for a room THIS IS WHY YOU PUT A HOLD MY CARD, ok so I pay upfront and get up to my room which you cannot swing a cat in so a couple with weeks worth of suitcases and a baby buggy and a baby cot/crib ( which to there credit they supplied) I wanted out of there quicker than we got in. Once in the room it was instantly noticeable that there was heavy damp on there "newly renovated" walls with peeling paint ( I will add a picture) The bell/security was very helpful and apologetic and the receptionist was just doing his job, but boy this was one horrible experience . I have never written a review and prob wouldn't again bec I usually do more homework before I book. Looking at the web sight it seemed up there with the top hotels, but it wasn't it was a dated has been hotel trying to portray something its not.

I was traveling with a tour group and paid the single supplement only to get a room that had an adjoining door to another room -- minimal privacy for 150% of the cost. The mattress pad on the bed was short by 4 inches on each side and the thin fitted sheet revealed the shortness. The pillow cases were mismatched, no white sheet to fold back, no bedspread, and all this plus a smoking room for a nonsmoker. The refrigerator was not stocked and the window in the room was open -- probably in an attempt to air out the room. One of the sliding doors to the closest was stuck in the closed position. Laundry was $25 per shirt. By the time I got to bed and realized that I had been "short-sheeted", it was midnight; when I spoke with the manager on duty in the morning, he couldn't leave the desk to see the room and was unwilling to offer any compensation becasue the group was only staying one night. The hotel is close to the beach and you can easily collect a cup full of brightly colored seashells.

Room Tip: Sunset in May is about 8PM, and sunrise about 5:30AM. Make time to find some beautiful shells in ju...

This is a pretty average hotel. The food and service are just that, pretty average. The dining room service was quite good. Breakfast choices are plentiful. The fruit and veggies are superb, as one would expect in Israel. The wifi is fre, but very weak in the upper floors. When our taxi arrived at the hotel at 1500, our room was not ready. It took 2 hours to get into our room. The non-smoking room sucked in smoke all night from teenagers in the next room (also a non-smoking room).

Think well-worn 80's Holiday Inn and you'll be close.

Nice modern hotel close to the beach. Good restaurant, and nice sitting/lounge area. Area around the hotel has lively night life and a few good restaurants. Rooms are OK and TV has some English channels.
