It was a really touching experience. Yad Vashem is a so well done Memorial. We took our time here, we went on a thursday that they close at 8 in the afternoon (other days I think it is at five). Every room has the explanations of all the photographs and items they got in it, with testimonials of the survivors, and recreations of some of the gheto's streets, for example. We did it with an audio guide (rent at the lobby) and we recommend it, because there is much information to process. Even the corridors between rooms have a history to tell you. You should be prepared to spend all your day in here. Is really a reminder of what people had gone through and it will for sure touch your heart.
