It's very beautiful and in a wonderful location. Service is better than average for Israel.
Food is not amazing which is a terrible awful situation, since Israeli food is generally amazing. The breakfast especially is lacking, and Israeli hotel breakfasts are one of the greatest joys of the universe. But not here. Otherwise clean, lovely, new and modern but still filled with Jerusalem character. I stayed here after my wedding and will gladly stay again, but the food situation makes me sad. Also experienced some huge buffet holiday/shabbat meals, and while the food was plentiful, nothing that made me feel like I was on Top Chef.
