The hotel is located around 10 mins walk from the bus station of Selcuk (opposite to a post office). It is run by two brothers, with a lovely kid. They are helpful and nice.

The lighting system in the hotel is environmentally friendly. The room is clean and tidy with a little balcony. Breakfast is included in the package and served in the nicely decorated terance of the hotel facing the Castle.

The hotel owners also run a restaurant downstairs called Cafe Bar & Restaurant with 10% discount for hotel guests. But we didn't have time to try it during our stay.

Highly recommend this hotel !

Jimmy and his family who run this B&B were definitely hospitable hosts. We felt so terrible that we arrived so late from our drive from Fethiye/Oludeniz and woke up their dad to let us in. We got lost in Selcuk with locals pointing us in the wrong direction until we met a police car making rounds that basically escorted us to the hotel. All the trouble was probably from being tired from a long drive from the Mediterranean coast and not having a local map because in the morning, we found that the location is very conveniently and centrally located and actually quite easy to find at the end of the street – it’s across the field of the remains of the Temple of Artemis and just a few minutes away from the Basilica of Saint John and the Isa Bey Camii on one side and the Ephesus Museum just a few blocks in the other direction. The breakfast is served to you (not a buffet spread as were the breakfasts in all the other places we stayed on our trip) and everything was excellently prepared. We were in one of the upstairs rooms which was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated – definitely with a female touch given the ornate designs and even a slight glitter sheen to the painting on the walls. If you’re in town for the Saturday market, it’s worth a stroll through for the experience – the fruits are also incredibly cheap and delicious! We would definitely recommend Ephesus Suites – they also own another hotel in town, along with a restaurant.

I wasnt very happy when we had to search for the hotel. No one seemed to know it, finally a person helped up with spotting it, it has a small board with the hotel name.
I wasnt very happy with the overall look and feel of the place..it seemed somewhat unkempt and as per the reviews in tripadvisor my expectations of the place wasn't.
The bathroom was small and very inconvenient, it flooded the entire place, also the shower wasnt working properly, it took forever for the hot water to run in and even after that the temperature of the water kept fluctuating.
They didnt have a intercom phone, instead they had a bell at the reception, even after ringing it several time, no response.
Overall, I didnt like the hotel at all. However, its location is great, great eateries around.

We stayed there for three days in the last week of august '12 and had a memorable time. The rooms are small in typical european style, but cosy and clean. The hotel is located in the heart of selcuk and at a short walking distance from the main road, Ataturk Caddesi. Though the breakfast is a small spread, the hospitality of Junaid and his brother makes up for the lack of variety. Both of them were very courteous, cheerful, and helpful during our stay. The best part was the chirpy kid at the hotel reception who was always ready to help us out with our luggage, etc. We visited Ephesus and Pamukkale on package tours arranged by the hotel. Junaid gave us water bottles for free all throughout our stay. Though it was a small gesture, it was unlike most other hotel owners.

My wife had one regret though, we forgot to take pictures with the hotel folks who made us feel completely at home.

We spent 4 nights at Ephesus Suites hotel, but we could have stayed forever. Family business run by 2 brothers and sister. Brand new small hotel.
Good size and beautifully decorated rooms, 4 rooms in total named by the son's name. Ours was Jimmy, spacious and clean. A couple of things did not work properly, such as one of the blinds and the toilet was pretty noisy when it was on, but it was ok.
Breakfast served at the small but cozy garden, BEST BREAKFAST EVER, cooked by the mom, taking care of us every morning during the whole stay.
10 minutes walking distance from the town.
They gave us advise about where to go and must see places around.
Absolutely perfect to get a Celsuk home experience
