First of all I would like to thank you for having chosen the Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus for your recent stay and thank you for giving nice tips about our hotel and location to tripadvisor users. It was a pleasure to see your satisfaction. Our aim is to provide our guests with memorable experiences and I wish to apologize for any shortcomings you encountered on your stay.
I will be happy to share your kind comments with all of my colleagues, which I know will act as a great motivator. I can assure you that we always strive to improve the levels of service in the hotel and to meet all our guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
