My sister and I just spent 4 nights there in May 2012. The place is located on a very quiet street, away from the crazy, busy-ness of Istanbul, yet within easy walking distance of the Must-See sights (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, etc). There are also Plenty of restaurants just around the corner. The place itself was Very clean, and the hosts are extremely hospitable and helpful. And the breakfast buffet: I think it was the best one we had in our 2 weeks of travel within Turkey! The rooftop deck is a great place to take in the view while relaxing after an intense day of tourism. Although our room was just a bit on the small size (2 twin beds), we peeked into some of the other rooms, and they looked very nice for singles or couples. I would definitely recommend this place as a delightful place to stay. (We also used the travel company associated with the Marmara GH to continue on to Cappadocia, which worked out very well.)
