Stayed at the Villa Pera Suite Hotel for two nights with my husband in August 2015. The staff was very welcoming and helpful which was much appreciated. You can see that they care very much about the guest experience.

The hotel is located on a street that has several new developments but is close walking distance from the airport bus stop. Definitely appreciated the central location. Our room was in the basement, very clean and comfortable but little natural light. Offered an upgrade but decided to stay with our room as we were already settled. Breakfast was tasty, nice selection of savory and sweet foods. Eggs made to order. Also enjoyed the courtyard and coffee machine.

An excellent stay and thank you to the staff for being so wonderful.

I only had 1 night in Istanbul, just shy of 24 hours. The manager gave me awarm welcome, and immediately assisted me in planning to make the most of my short stay - great tips on where, how to get around, where to eat.
Location is good.
I had the room on the top floor - small bathroom, but spacious lounge and decent sized bedroom. I would go back!

We had a really nice stay in a triple rooftop with a kitchen and all the necessary facilities. Burak at the reception has been super helpful and nice - only due to that the hotel already beats many other offers in the Taksim area. Air conditioning had a little bad odor, but easily fixable with opening the windows. The shower is tiny, not made for people taller than 170 cm, but all clean and nice. Breakfast also seemed quite nice, but a bit poor as the offering, however anyway great value for money paid. Geographic position optimal - not so far away from the Istiklal street (10 min walk) where all the entertainment and restaurants are.

Wonderful little hotel. So pleased we stayed here. Stayed 7 nights. Agree with everything everyone said. Deaf Friendly. Great for all ages. Wonderful service. Our room was spacious for the three of us. Felt like we were staying with family they all really tried hard and were willing to do all that was asked plus more. Close to Taksim square. Foodmarkets close by. We ate at the food cart at the top of the street a few times.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient, as it is very close to Havatas bus drop off point. (Havatas takes you to and from the airports.)

The breakfast was also very good, varied and plentiful.
But the best part is the excellent service of hotel manager Burak, his son, and the rest of the staff. They were extremely helpful and eager to please their guests. They seemed genuinely interested in making sure that we had the best experience possible in Istanbul, and they seemed to really enjoy speaking to their guests. This is what guest service is all about and I wish them much-deserved success. Thank you!
