Five star ?? Rooms windows face the lobby. Although the hotel is on the main highway, l would still prefared to see daylight . Service is appalling when you have waited patiently to speak to the concierge you are snubbed because Turkeis speaking guess jump the que , don’t lose sleep over breakfast over cooked eggs no English breakfast tea cheap cornflakes

Went for a short break, hotel was beautiful breakfast was ok expected more Turkish food and not basic cereal and sandwiches over all it’s clean and friendly staff also the spa is worth going to.

Bit of a travel to get to the market or the blue mosque.

The Hotel itself was very nice, well presented with great facilities. room was well maintained and cleaned to a god standard. The staff spoke reasonable English, but as i was with a Turkish national this wasn't a Problem.

My only complaint was the breakfast menu, it appeared to be just left overs from whatever was served the night before, the selections on offer included Broccoli, Cabbage & Brussel Sprouts. after a couple of days we decided to give up on this and chose to eat out instead.

While the food wasn't good i would certainly stay again.

A good five-star hotel, perhaps, is far from the city center. But nearby there are cafes, shops and a metro-bus. Good breakfast, there is a plenty dishesh to choose from. The rooms are clean, cozy, with good furniture, but very thin walls. Literally everything that happens in neighboring rooms is audible.

Just like most of the reviewers here I stayed here because I missed my connection and was put here by Turkish Airlines. Normally I have a bad experience in these hotels but here everything was good. The rooms were nice and spacious and the facilities were good. The food is not something you will remember but I can't really say anything bad about it. The downside is that the place is very far from the center and a cab will cost you quite a lot of time and money to get there. I don't think this is a good place to stay at if you're planning to explore Istanbul but in case you're in this part of the city I can recommend it.
