Tucked away in a Kadikoy backstreet is a place that from the outside could be mistaken for a man bar. While the atmosphere obviously seems a bit grim and dull, the food is sure enough to brighten your horizons upon taking the first bite. Properly named after a musical instrument, this one is good 'til the last bite. Get the full if you're hungry enough to eat a cow, half if you're a normal amount of hungry. Can ask for spicy (aci) or regular (acisiz) as well.
