Strolling down the streets of old istanbul one comes across a amazing area where old and new books are sold . I bought a miniature Quran from there . There is a statue of Muteferrika .... A sherbet seller was seen with his unique container .. Amazing place.

This area is very near from the Istanbul university, so they sell many books and textbooks. Many of them are written in Turkish, and the customers seem almost all students. There is a fountain in the middle of the square. You can't drink the water, but it's pretty photogenic.
