“Great little gem”

The hotel is a gem. The staff is very friendly and love to talk to you if you have time. My room, for one person, was beutiful, the bed is confortable. Excellent location. Bathroom space is tight. Location of hotel is not easy to find by taxis. Make sure to print the full address and a location map to give to Taxi. Many restaurants just one street over.

Room Tip: If you like to read or just relax in the sun, go to the top of the hotel and enjoy the open roof ove...

Dear Mansour A,

Thank you for taking time to express your compliments.
It is wonderful to see that you had a lovely time with us and to read your comments on the staff.
We take great pride in ensuring that each guest has a memorable stay and it makes us very happy when we see our guests living with a smile on their faces.
It is lovely to know that you took the advantage of our fabulous location.
We are really sorry that you couldn't find here easily.
Actually we explain everything on our website.
And it is on Turkish language, you can print and show it to the taxi driver.
We know, it is been long time but, if you came to Istanbul we will be glad to see you here again.
We wish for you to think of Saba Sultan as a home away from home.
Welcome to Saba Sultan Family.

Hope to see you again.
Best Regards From Istanbul.
Saba Rasouli,

We stayed two nights at the Saba Sultan after leaving a cruise ship. Very friendly staff; great location; clean. Generally excellent renovation, although the shower doors did not quite close at the bottom (forgot to mention this to the staff). Breakfast adequate but the orange juice seemed chemical, a contrast to the fresh-squeezed juice available in the stalls. Hard to find but worth finding!

Room Tip: Our room faced the water; good view but on that side a train runs regularly about two blocks away...

The two receptionists at the hotel were adorable, the room was great, breakfast was delicious and we felt heartily welcome. What's more, the hotel is located within walking distance (5 minutes) from all of Istanbul's "must-sees" (Blue mosque, St. Sophia, Topkapi Palace).
I would definitely recommend the place to anyone, including couples with a baby...

We want to thank you for the hospitality, welcome and good service. It was our first time in Turkey and certainly not the last. We have all visited on foot, by the central location of this hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were ready to inform us about the most beautiful places in Istanbul. Upon arrival we were immediately shown the room, asking if that was good for us. The room was very spacious. Thanks to the nice weather we can enjoy the rooftop terrace. In other words, a real winner. Greetings from Belgium!

The Saba Sultan is lovely hotel in a great location, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, and the Topkapi Palace and there is a fantastic choice of places to eat just around the corner from the Hotel. Our room had tea/coffee/facilities along with a fridge and all were cleaned to a very good standard. The peaceful street in which the hotel is situated meant we had 6 wonderful nights of undisturbed sleep. Breakfast had a very nice selection of fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs, jams, and wonderful breads which would set us up for the day, and there is also a good wi-fi coverage which meant my husband could keep in contact with his office. The most memorable part of our stay must be the FANTASTIC STAFF especially Tuba, Yunus and Hilmi, they were always there to assist, whether it is trips around the city or suggestions of which wine to opt for. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

Room Tip: Rooms at the top have a great view.
