My stay in Primero Hotel Istanbul was fantastic. The hotel was well located, clean and the staff was outstanding. Veysel at the reception was phenomenal; also big shout to Farhad (reception), Matt (bell boy) and cleaning staff. If you are in Istanbul, you cannot go wrong with Primero.

I stayed at Primero Hotel De for the second time. Feeling Like Family and I felt at home. Special thanks to Receptionists Yasin and Veysel. Rooms are very clean. There are two problems with the hotel, the noises from outside and the breakfast being the same every day.

We stayed at Primero hotel for 1 week with our family members. We loved the hotel, all the staff are very helpful. First of all, I would like to thank Yasin, Veysel and Ferhta. It is close to all historical sites and within 10 minutes walking distance at most. You can go anywhere by tram. Thanks for everything.
