We had a long layover at CMB and booked the hotel through email in advance from the email address found on their website:
The hotel confirmed through email and when we arrived they had the reservation info. The hotel was easy to find (just an elevator ride up from the area close to immigration) and the staff were polite. Room looked newish, had plenty of space and a comfortable bed for that much needed sleep in comfort. The build quality of things is little shoddy and may not wear well over time (plugs coming off the wall, gaps between wall and ceiling, grout issues) but as a transit hotel, it serves the purpose 100%. They provide tea bags, water bottles, toothbrush kits and all the things needed for a shower. it cost about $56 for 6 hours for a deluxe room. It sure beats other options. They also have in room dining menu which we didn't use.
There is a large cafeteria in the terminal and some shops selling local merchandise if you want to kill some time.
