For a business trip I decided to stay in this hotel due to a suggestion from a colleague of mine.
It’s nice and safe place but all the structure looks a bit dated, anyhow all the needed services were available.
It’s available a complementary shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel.
In the rooms space is more than enough and the cleanness was good both in the room and in the toilet as well.
People at the reception have been kind and professional.More

The staff as always was extremely hospitable … starting from the bell desk with Mr NAEEM and Shoukat to the staff during breakfast at Nadia … specifically ayyaz and Tanveer. Others were also helpful
My room did have a slight problem which the duty manager mr Suhaib and ms sania on front desk resolved without a blink

The Islamabad Marriott Hotel has implemented excellent measures to thwart the spread of Covid-19. The entire staff wears masks and signs that confirm vaccination status, seating in restaurants has been modified appropriately, public spaces are sanitized regularly, and housekeeping does a very meticulous job servicing rooms. It did take a while for my room to be cleaned, each time, but the thoroughness of the job made me feel safe and secure.
The property has excellent staff, focused on customers. Vineta Dastoor (F&B Manager), Hassan Khan (Front Office Manager), Mir Hamza (Executive Lounger), Rehmat (Housekeeping), Faizan (Night Manager) and Bilal (Bell Desk), in particular, made my stay very comfortable.
I normally stay in one of the suites on the mezzanine floor but was given a margalla-view room on the fifth floor, this time. Although this room was smaller than the suites, its excellent view made it a great on for my stay, since I was traveling alone.

Everything about this hotel is perfect!
There was a bit of a glitch with the pickup at the airport but they fixed it in minute.
Amazing staff- we had been sick with a stomach bug and upon arrival and the staff went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of.
This is one of the best serviced hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in.
Staff consistently remembered your name, what you needed. To sum up, we felt very special during the stay.
As a Marriott Platinum, we were upgraded to a nice suite. We had a room attendant that was constantly checking on us, bringing us daily treats and fruit and being sure every need was met.
Food and the choice of many restaurants to choose from was delightful.
Thank you Abid for your attentive service throughout our stay.

The check in staff from the counter is very quick and make it done with in five min . The house keeping staff is very professional and I found not a single thing misplaced in my two days stay. Breakfast is wow ,food quality is premium. The staff/operator on phone is very quick and there is never need a second call. The room is nice , the view from window is of margalle hills is nice as well. Really appreciated and recommended.

The Islamabad Marriott Hotel is a wonderful gem located in the heart of the city with easy access to nearby shopping and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is my favorite place to stay whenever I am in Islamabad. By Gregg L. Friedman MD
