Stayed their many times. Room was neat & clean this time as the rooms were renovated recently. Bathroom was good. Breakfast buffet is always good. Live tandoor for Prathas and Naan. This stay was comparatively good than previous ones. Nice location near to blue area and aapbpaara.

For two nights in last Feb, I stayed here with my friend.
It is located in the centre of beautiful Islamabad city and one can easily reach to zero point.
The rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. Food quality was excellent and front desk guy was very cooperative.
Have used this hotel since 2009 - 2015
Spending weeks - months there.
So the staff know me very well.
The customer service is amazing from the consiguour to the cleaners.
Now the rooms have been refurbished it’s lovely .. spacious & immaculately clean.
Room service is amazing willing to prepare anything you require.
Breakfast in the dining area is vast with any thing you want from continental to English.
The coffee shop is fab & comfortable to chill out.
The beauty salon is tired but the staff are amazing & there facials are brilliant.
Love thus hotel lots of fond memories.
Every weekend there is a wedding or party event but you never know as the hotel keep it well under control.

I was invited by my client to attend the official dinner and I got opportunity to visit this property after a pause of one year. Certainly it was a very good experience to had live bbq in a very peaceful ambience.
I really enjoyed it and found it outstanding.
This is regarding the above booking at the Islamabad Hotel in Islamabad Pakistan the booking was done for three people and hence a deluxe suit was booked. Actually the hotel provided just s single room. All complementary amenities mentioned in the booking were no where to be seen. Everything was a lie and I am not going to use Agoda or the parent site ever again.
If this hotel was in Geneva I would write something like "Large rooms, bit noisy, quite worn out, quite cheap". In Islamabad I need to describe it in more details. Once a luxury hotel, has been dented by time. Staff is more numerous than in European hotels so you do not need to wait until someone can process your request. Don't get scared by the fortress looking entrance, the hotel and its restaurant are quite lively. Breakfast selection is very good as well, albeit mostly "exotic" for a traveller from Europe. Quite a lot of shops and ATMs are in the walking distance, some of them a bit hidden, though.
