The rooms are great . Cleaning of the rooms and the toilet is not up to the standards. After check-in, I found hairs, a dirty pillow cover, and other dirt on the floor while traveling with my infant daughter I raise my complaint. The housekeeping team rectifies the issues straight away. We requested the extra bed but they deliver the mattress after a delay of 5 hours overall the stay was ok. The property is good but needs to maintain properly and improve the HK service.
