Staff were nice. But the room wasn't quite clean. Location was good. Breakfast was very simple as there was no butter offerEd in the breakfast line. The price was reasonable but I would rather. stay somewhere else next time.

Very happy with the location. Next door is a fantastic juice bar and across the street you have Lao Kitchen and ATMO.

Cultural center is waking distance as well as plenty of cafes nearby.

Room was clean with working TV, English channels and good internet.

Breakfast was fresh and made to order and sizable portions.

Staff always greeted coming and going.

I would stay again.

I wont say this is the highest end hotel I have visited but I will recommend it for the wonderful and helpful staff.
Great breakfasts, made to order eggs or pancakes, the coffee was a bit strong but everything else was wonderful.
The hotel itself is beaurtiful wood, we were in room 403 and it was a corner room, great windows and access to a balcony. The shower was good, and the elevator was great for when you didnt want to walk up so many flights. Towels were pretty threadbare.

Having stayed in an awful place in Vang Vieng it was such a pleasure to arrive here. On arrival was immediately brought to the room. No check in or passport required and told could settle the bill on checking out. Nice room on the fourth floor, with an outside balcony available to have a smoke. Good powerful shower and a comfortable bed.
Breakfast was excellent, lots of fresh fruit and choice of cooked breakfast.
Young staff was always helpful and friendly. Stayed here for 5 nights and would like to have stayed longer. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants and bars very close by.

I would be lying if I said that this place wasn't a little rough around the edges. Sometimes it gave the place charm, sometimes you wish they would fix a few things. For the most part though the visit was nice and charming and the location was fantastic. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and willing to help out. The rooms were big enough and fairly clean.

Breakfast was also fine, nothing to complain about, but nothing mind blowingly different either. It's a fine hotel in a good location.
