It is a very relaxed very informal restaurant that gives you the feel of being set in a (small) garden. Personally I prefer the outside area to the air conditioned room that can sometimes become noisy when guest are laughing a lot (perhaps because of the staff?). Fortunately, there is no annoying television that distracts the attention from the friends you are having dinner with.
The food is very good from types of cuisines; yet it is quite cheap. Also the drinks are cheap given the ambiance of the place. The staff is very professional and friendly and the owner/manager often makes a chat with the guests.
The restaurant is conveniently located in Street 123, some 4 minutes walk away from the Russian Market. There is plenty of space to park a motorbike and cars can be parked a bit more down the road.
During the last year, it has become one of my favourite restaurants in town.
