Of all the places we've been in Cambodia, this place has the friendliest and most sincere staff. They were helpful in providing adequate information about day tours to the killing fields etc and bus tickets to other cities, without being too pushy. On another note, we bought bus tickets to Siem Reap with them (for Mekong Express bus co) and it was the BEST ride we had in Cambodia! Pickup from the hotel, friendly driver and staff and arrival in Siem Reap on time.
The room is new and clean, big TV and free wifi (3 cheers to that!). There's also a DVD player and DVDs for rental (free of charge) at the lobby. The rain shower is awesome too!
It's about a 15-20 min walk or a USD2 Tuk Tuk ride to the riverside.
