The worst hotel/hostel experience in my life. Easier to write all pros and cons:

+ : *really friendly and helpful staff
*good location, everything is pretty close to hotel

- : *have to pay extra for aircon
*if on 2nd floor then all evening and night you can hear rats running around above your head
*room full of ants and bugs
*you can hear EVERYTHING from next room
*room xtremely small and DIRTY

in conclusion - me and my bf are never been picky and wining about hotels but this was something else.. look at the pics and you can see

Service was amazing! The lady at the front counter was extremely friendly and helpful! She will help you book tours in the area with ease. The rooms were basic but for $6 USD a night, what do you expect. My partner and I only stayed for one night but would definitely would stay again. Great value for money!

We booked this hotel based on great booking.com reviews and because we were only staying overnight to catch a bus in the morning. The staff were friendly and the location was fine. But we were eaten alive by bed bugs! We should've known from the smell in the room but unfortunately we decided to sleep there. We ended up spending hours cleaning our luggage and our bedding when we got home since we didn't notice the bites until the next day. I hope the staff check the rooms and do a thorough cleaning.

Very nice staff, extremely helpful and very kind. Helped us book buses and tuk tuks and even gave us bottles of water before visiting the killing fields. Pleasant rooms, with private bathrooms. Nice and cheap.

From the moment we arrived the staff were lovely. Very cute family run business with super accommodating staff. The front desk also served as a travel agent which was very useful in booking our bus to Vietnam. The staff spoke great English which was a big plus. Everything is charged at local prices.. food drinks and laundry which we have not found anywhere else.

Rooms are very basic but are clean and come with small bathrooms. No window and quite hot at night but this is reflective of the price. (we had most basic room)
