Great place to stay in, especially for groups!
Whenever our groups are up for some volunteer mission work, we would stay here, because it's ideal for us. So it's no surprise that a big portion of their guests are student groups, or church groups, from all over the world who are there for community service or cultural learning.
The rooms are nice and spacious, with different configurations for the size of your group.Their rooms can sleep up to 6 people. It's also very clean, and all air conditioned. On the bottom floor is also an area to hang out together with chairs and tables for discussions and meals.
They also provide basic amenities, like free wifi and free drinking water. I also think they can help arrange meals for you if you request for it.

The highlight and specialty of the place really is the staff though. It's run by an amazing team of locals who are very helpful and very friendly. Many times, they would do their best and even go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience there. One occasion, we made a passing mention about wanting to try a local breakfast, but didn't really think further. The next morning, there it was on the table waiting for us during breakfast! They had heard us talk about it and had taken the initiative to get it. We were blown away by their thoughtfulness and kindness.
They're also very trustworthy. I've been there numerous times with groups and we've never encountered any problems. You can be sure that your belongings are safe.
Also, because they've seen and hosted so many groups already, they know some of the best places to go and eat at, so make sure you ask them for their recommendations!

Also, what was also unique was that they helped us to arrange transport. We were in a group, so travelling around by mini-bus was necessary. So they had a few local contacts and helped us arrange a mini-bus throughout our trip there. He also made sure the driver knew the day's plans before he left, so there wouldn't be any hiccups.

Overall, I highly recommend the place if you're thinking of travelling up as a group, or even taking a youth/student group up for volunteer work or missions.

The staff are helpful and fantastic. Made good friends with the staff and even went to watch a movie with one of the staff. It's not a hotel or resort. But they are very good with bringing in student and church groups for community service. I locked my room with my own padlock just in case. But it was very safe and had a great time walking around the city area

Room Tip: the rooms are based according to size. However, I would suggest that you check if the air cons are w...

Overall stay was pleasant, meals were good, accommodation nice and rooms are clean. Be VERY CAREFUL of your personal belongings. Items were stolen and taken from luggage, presumably by one of the girl staff members in cleaning the rooms.

Do not recommend staying here given much better options

Great team of locals run the show here and you can be at ease that your belongings are safe and their recommendations are good (and objective!). This is not a resort or your regular hotel chain but the staff are sweet, obliging and yet professional. They are experienced in running programmes for youths and schools and are a great option for teams going on volunteer missions.

at Harvest Inn, the first thing you'll experience is the warmth of Cambodia and its people. The staff are extremely helpful and thoughtful, you can trust and count on them to assist with any need. Even with teaching you some simple Khmer to get around. Rooms with different permutations are available, from 2 bedded to 7 bedded, all with in-room toilets. Breakfast is also available if you'll prefer that option. Do try the breakfast, though! It is simple fare, but it's prepared with love and pride. On getting around Phnom Penh, the staff provides a tuk-tuk service for a nominal fee - which is fuss-free and completely fun! Just let them know where you need to get to, and they will get you there easily. Free wifi is also available and the rooms and toilets are cleaned out daily. The showers are heated, so you can be guaranteed a refreshing warm shower after a long day of travelling. Electrical powerpoints are plentiful in each room, but remember to bring your international adapters.

Harvest Inn also has a filtered water system for drinking water, you are free to use that to top up your water bottles before leaving the inn for the day.
