Too big to be efficient. Yes it is a nice setting but that is it all about. My fish never came while my husband was already done with his meal. So think twice when you want to eat here. There must be better options I assume.

The location is superb and many restaurants like this think that they will survive on location alone. Maybe they are right since most of the tourists who come here never come back. I would not come back, nor do I recommend this restaurant. Food was below average and a bit chinese-like (all wok, in brownish sauce and rather tasteless). The "killer" that ruined our evening was a HORRIBLE event in a part of the restaurant with AWFUL and loud "karaoke"-type music and some woman who sounded like she was killing cats. We had come here to see the full moon across the Mekong river, to see and listen to traditional music and see wonderful APSARA dance and it was made very clear that that was the purpose when we booked (we also got a table that would have given us that experience if the restaurant did not totally ruin it with the awful party next to us). The dancers and the musicians gave up after waiting for half an hour for the "beer party" and noise to stop, but nothing happened and in the end they left. The restaurant did absolutely NOTHING. The noisy party went on when we left, VERY DISAPPOINTED and since the food could not make up for it either, then we left with the most negative possible impression of this place. NEVER GOING BACK. The only positive thing was a waiter who wanted to give good service, but he was first of all hampered by the idiots in the kitchen who sent out all dishes at the same time, luke warm to begin with and cold before we could eat them, plus that he was to modest and servile to do anything with our complaints - I don't think he even had guts to tell the management that we were horribly unhappy with everything. But he tried to smile and be nice at least, and that is more than can be said for the rest! Stay away from this place, there are other restaurants in Pnomh Penh with real good food, nice location and good service.

What a fabulous restaurant, with a great layout and excellent service. Good food and great variety which is very well presented. Wonderful views over the riverfront that enhance the ambience without doubt. Very well worth a visit you'll enjoy every second of your visit.

Is a beautiful looking place over looking the river. Had an enjoyable dinner but nothing over the top . We were seated right on the edge which I know they thought was the best but it ended up being way to dark to see much .
Staff were very efficient

this is an nice upscale restaurant on the Phnom Penh river with a great view. It is very clean, its prices are more expensive tourist prices, but not extremely high, with the majority of its customers are foreigners. I think you can be safe eating here. We had 4 different dishes -all were good. We had a good time and would recommend it.
