We had quite the difficulty in obtaining a reservation for this restaurant. It is adjacent to Republic Square. We were able to get in at 5 o’clock and had to promise that we would give up the table by 7 PM. This restaurant would best be described his craft dining ware young energetic staff turned out in matching outfits (plaid shirts and black slacks for waitstaff, White toques and jackets with black trim &buttons, embroidered with the logo of the restaurant and even the baking staff wearing specific uniforms.) The chefs look like 30 something hipsters straight out of Brooklyn (beards and tattoos).
The food is delicious and looks camera ready. It impresses both brain and heart.
