While the place is basic, it gives us required amenities from toothbrush to hair dryer. A number of attractions/markets are within walking distance/short taxi rides. After check-out, they let us kept the luggage and return for free shower before departure ❤️ with the price we pay, we would recommend

It was clean and cozy all over, the dorms were perfect in size and the staff were really helpfull and Nice. We only stayed for 2 nights, but would easily have stayed longer if we had the opporunity. We loved it

We were excited to stay at this place because it looked nice in pictures on their website and had good reviews but we were very disappointed. The staff were polite enough but not very welcoming. When we checked in, we had five pieces of luggage between two people and they could not even offer to help us carry our luggage upstairs (no elevator). When we asked for help, we were told there was no one available to help us. When we got to the room, there were socks hanging in the bathroom which a prior guest had left. Bathroom sink did not drain well. The receptionist on our last day seemed very eager for us to check out and brought up the fact that we needed to check out by 12pm multiple times. Overall worst hotel experience in our entire stay in Vietnam. Surprised this place gets as much business as it does with so much other competition in Saigon.

A very well kept, friendly place. We had a private double with window, aircon, ensuite and fridge which was way better than the more expensive hotel we stayed in for one night only a few doors away. Down a small alley, it's away from the traffic noise and bustle.

Since HCMC is such an overwhelming city, it was so good to stay in this lovely quiet haven. Town House 50 is nice and clean. Our room was fine, but the bathroom (previously a kind of indoor balcony/loggia?) was downright picturesque, with beautiful tiles and a big plant. Breakfast was very tasty. We want to give special thanks to the amazing service of Daisy (what a star!) and her colleagues.
