21 floors with a pool and bar at the top. We stayed on the 9th floor (909) and had an excellent view of the river. The room was comfortable and spacious with a large bed, flat screen TV, sofa, coffee maker and free wifi which was faster than in many of the other hotels we have used in Vietnam.
We only ate in one of the restaurants and the food was very good with a wide choice to suit all nationalities; the hotel also has a Chinese restaurant.
Breakfasts first class again with a very wide choice.
Helpful reception staff, we had a late flight and the hotel staff made arrangements for us to keep our room until 2:30pm rather than vacating in the morning.
The only thing that I did not like very much was that the pool area was a little too formal and by early evening it's no shorts or tee shirts. It becomes much more of a poolside night club atmosphere. So is you are the sort of person that thinks pools are for swimming, use it earlier in the day. Also, it can be a bit of a wait for elevators between floors.
Overall a very enjoyable stay.More
