We were recommended to this hotel by Beautiful Saigon Hotel. The superior room is the price of a normal double room elsewhere. However the superior room is not as spacious as other hotels. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean but the toilet is small and the shower often has no hot water and is very weak. Breakfast is not great... the breakfast area has no aircon. No elevator. Very noisy at night. The hotel has its down sides but we are happy to stay here again as it is clean and staff are friendly.

Usually the hotels I stay at in SE Asia never live up to their web ratings but this one did. The reception staff were helpful, polite, and very friendly. The room itself was absolutely spotless and looked newly furnished. The bathroom was also spotless which is impressive for any mid range hotel in SE Asia. The room I stayed in was located on the 2nd floor and it was the only unit in that mini stairwell which was quite nice. The room also had a lot of amenities such as a desktop computer!, free wifi, hair dryer, safe, and dresser drawer with lock and key. The bed was also very comfortable with new pillows and clean sheets.

The location is a big plus or minus depending on your holiday lifestyle. If you're an early sleeper this might not be the place for you since the surrounding area is quite noisy until late. There are a few cafes/bars nearby with sweaty middle aged western expats belting out poorly done renditions of Metallica and Maroon 5 songs until 1am. However, there are many good western restaurants and small pho cafes all within a block or two from the hotel and it's close to the night bus staging area and metered taxis are easy to catch from this location.

This is easily the best mid ranged hotel i've stayed at in SE Asia. It's a very good value for the money ($30/night solo) but i'd avoid the hotel's airport pickup/drop off service since you can find the commercial taxis really easily around town and at a fraction of the price the hotel charges.

My wife and I were very pleased with this hotel. It is extremely clean, cheap, and has everything that you need in a hotel.

For a place this cheap, we just prayed it was clean.

This place is much more than that. Due to the limited space, the bathroom is somewhat cramped and the water pressure is a little on the low side, but overall decent.

Stayed there for 2 nights and totally felt comfortable with Graceful Saigon Hotel. The room was not super spacious but enough to make you feel at home. It was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all necessary things, including a PC for our convenience. The staffs were very friendly, helpful and the location is perfect, right in the backpacker area which is in the heart of the city, just few minutes to grab everything. The breakfast was simple but too good to make us happy.

we stayed 1 night at this hotel, our first night at hcm. we asked to be picked up at the airport for charge of 18usd. we stayed at deluxe room. the room was clean and quite spacious. it's more than our expectation for the price we pay. there was a computer with internet connection in the room. the beds are nice but the pillow is not too comfortable. we got the back room so didn't hear the noise from the busy bui vien street. there are some italian/vietnamese restaurant across the street and more street vendors along side of the street. the hotel provided a good simple breakfast in a small restaurant area at the back of the ground floor. the staff was friendly and helpful, they hail a taxi for us to go to the airport. the only downside is there is no elevator and no separate shower room
