Hotel staff were nice and friendly, they were able to exchange large bills, book tours and taxis, etc.
Don't expect any service on the rooftop bar. We ended up buying beers across the street at the Circle K because no one would serve us.
Breakfast however was amazing with at least a dozen people ready to serve you. There was an espresso and coffee machine, 2 types of fresh juice that changed daily, an assortment of pastries and breads, cereal, a ramen station, a meat station with bacon, sausages, spring rolls, etc. There was also an area where you could build your our bahn mi. A different soup daily. Steam buns. Multiple hot dishes such as pork fried rice. And finally and assortment of fruit which always included small bananas, great for an afternoon snack.
The pool was decently kept and the view was spectacular. We watched the new years fireworks from here.
The location is well worth the stay. We walked everywhere. No need to pay for transportation at all.
All in all if you know what to expect this hotel is worth the price. We did in fact return im January for a night.
The rooms were decently kept. The mini bar always stocked but pricier than other hotels in Vietnam. The beds were fairly comfy. More
