We were here for business and what matters most is finding information and wi-fi. Their wifi is fast. Also, we do not speak the local language but the Staff are friendly, courteous and are ready to help. Ms. Quinneth Layba, Guest Relations Officer is worthy of mention --- smiling and willing to assist all the time, she is also speaks English. So if you need urgent help, look for her.

We spent two nights here at the start of our stay in a standard twin room. Not overly big but really all you need and it was lovely and clean. Front of house staff were helpful and the breakfast caters for every possible thing you could ever want so this alone is great value. Nice central location. They stored our luggage when we went south and gave us a room upgrade for our last night which was a very nice surprise. Overall good value.

The hotel is very small. We were put in a room with a faked Window that is open to a fire escape or some sort of gap between this building and another building. We couldn't see any sun light at all. The room was tiny. They can only put a bed and one night stand.

Dear Mr/Mrs Pumpkin & Donut
Thank you very much for your review, it would be highly appreciated if you could tell us which source you have booked our hotel, if you book through OTAs ( Agoda, booking.com, expedia...) you should read the room description, we clearly mentioned each category rooms in which room with window or room no window.
Our hotel size is 125 rooms, 11 floors, full services with spa on rooftop...is big enough for 3 star hotel
Again, thank you for staying with us and share your feedback to travelers, we do hope having another chance to serve you with a better room
Best regards
Pierre Levand

We recently stayed at this hotel from 01/19/2016 to 01/22/2015 with the service we received , from bell boys to front desk is outstanding , specially to Ms Huong (manager) . The room is clean , comfortable , the breakfast buffet is excellent . The staff went out of their way to help us out .
With that service I came back to stay the last leg of our trip , again thank you Alagon for your hospitality , see you soon

Room Tip: If you choose to stay in the room face the street expect some noise from 06am to 1000pm
